Kindly note that we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not offer reverse pickup for all the products. However, we do offer replacements for wrong delivery. Moreover, make sure to return products within 48 hours after that; we will not accept your request.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. For this, we called the customer for confirmation before shipping the order. So, please confirm your order at the time of confirmation to continue hassle-free delivery.
